Abstract Submission Instructions


  • The text is to be prepared in Times New Roman, 12 point font as a single paragraph and double-spaced.

  • The title should be brief and specific.

  • The title should contain, in the following order: title, name(s) and affiliation(s) of author(s) including city, state, postal code, and country. The presenting author’s name should be underlined.

  • Abbreviations must be defined when first used.

  • The text of your abstract should not exceed 300 words.

  • Prepare your abstract carefully; it will be printed exactly as it appears. If your abstract is not in the proper format it will be returned to you for corrections.

  • Only MS Word documents will be accepted.

I accept and confirm my abstract can be used in various publications, such as journals and/or future materials. I will be notified if any of the above occurs.
