NanoFlorida 2025 Travel Reimbursement Information
Travel reimbursement will occur following the end of the conference. A submission form is live. All receipts to be considered for reimbursement will be due within the system by March 28th, 2025.
Travel reimbursement funds will not cover any food, poster printing, or other costs unrelated to travel (receipts will be reviewed upon their submission to the website portal). Everyone is required to make their own travel accommodations; the NanoFlorida 2026 Conference Committee will not be making reservations or accommodations on behalf of guest.
Invited Faculty Speakers
Invited Faculty Speakers will be provided 1-2 nights of hotel accommodation at the approved conference hotel only - and paid directly to the hotel upon checkout. Faculty Speakers are required to make their own hotel reservation.
Student Presenters
Hotel rooms are limited, and we want to ensure everyone is able to take advantage of the approved conference hotel's special rate. Based on conference budget, hotel funding for students will only be provided for at least double occupancy of hotel rooms. Both names will need to be added to the booking. Additionally, sharing a room with double, triple, or even quadruple occupancy will save you on accommodation costs as well as ensure you are able to use the convenient shuttle service to and from the conference.
